WHAT REALLY HAPPENS WHEN YOUR RESUME ARRIVES IN HR Empty WHAT REALLY HAPPENS WHEN YOUR RESUME ARRIVES IN HR

Put yourself in the place of the people you send your resume to in the age of the Internet and, worse yet, in today’s economy when an enormous number of other people are out of work and sending in their resumes along with yours.

The truth will reveal why what you’re about to learn is the most important secret you’ll ever discover about how to make your resume stand out.

Almost as soon as jobs are posted on Monster or other leading job sites, the employees in the human resources department of the company are instantly flooded with resumes. The HR people can only sit there and watch their inboxes fill up with email after email from job seekers.

How much time do you think they, caring as they may be, can allocate to the details of each resume? Very little, if any. There are simply way too many resumes to go through.

The people in HR have only one choice – to take a quick glance at what’s in each email.
